Description: Neck binding tape. Predominately red with green, blue, orange and off-white. Red ground color tunic with plane woven green fabric that tunic has been attached too. The tunic has borders on either side with a geometric design in green, orange, black and off-white that has also been woven using supplementary wefts. Tunis has both selvedges. There are long green and orange weft floats throughout fragment. For example the floats look like braiding; possibly twining. In certain areas of fragment there has been recent repairs done. There are three folds throughout the tunic and one fold has been repaired prior to the TM. The treads that have been used for the repair look synthetic and have been plied very evenly – possibly machine made.
